Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Your 14-day free trial starts without payment details.
How many workers can I add?
Starter covers up to 5 workers, Growth up to 15 and Pro up to 40. The price is flat per agency, so there is no extra fee for each worker who logs in.
Do my workers and clients have to pay?
No. You invite workers and clients by email. They sign in with the account created from the invitation.
Is Care Continuity a payroll service?
No. It prepares hours, invoice and gross-pay drafts that you review. It does not calculate tax, remit payroll or process payments.
Who can see what?
Owners, managers, payroll, workers and clients each see only what they need. A worker sees their own visits. A client sees their own care schedule.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. There is no long-term contract and no cancellation fee. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. After cancellation the account becomes read-only so you can still view and export your records.
Is this medical or emergency software?
No. Care Continuity is scheduling software. It is not medical, emergency, legal, payroll or tax advice.
